Terms of Sale - ASPE / ta Cartridge Link

1.Purchase of any goods or services  you are accepting our terms and conditions of sale.
2.All machinery and parts must have cleared funds before leaving site unless otherwise negotiated.

3.Used equipment is sold as seen unless otherwise agreed in writing, no warranty or guarantee is implied or given.

Warranty can be purchased at extra cost. 

4.Equipment not CE marked is sold as spares or repairs.

5.All equipment should be risk assessed and safety/electrically checked on installation and prior to 

use by the buyer. 

6. Title to goods exchanges on despatch from our premises. Goods are sold ex-works and buyer is to pay and arrange collection at own expense. If we arrange delivery, liability is transferred to the courier. Machines delivered to site must be immediately assessed and any damaged noted before accepting/signing for the item. We are not liable for any transport damage or accidental damage sustained by any courier service.

7.Liability is limited to the value of any goods/equipment order.
